AlfaServices – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AlfaServices platform by users located in Europe, the United States, and Iran. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AlfaServices is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables medical professionals to create, host, and manage personalized professional websites. The Service may include appointment booking, multilingual support, and related technical features depending on the selected plan.
AlfaServices does not provide medical services and does not participate in doctor–patient relationships.

3. Eligibility and Professional Responsibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
  • You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • You hold all licenses and permissions required to practice medicine in your jurisdiction;
  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. AlfaServices shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Use of the Service requires an active subscription.
  • Fees may be charged in local or international currencies.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

6. Doctor Content and Medical Disclaimer

Doctors retain ownership of all content published on their websites ("Doctor Content").
Doctors are solely responsible for:
  • The accuracy and legality of Doctor Content;
  • Compliance with medical, advertising, and professional regulations;
  • Ensuring that no unlawful medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided.
AlfaServices does not review or approve medical content.

7. Appointment Booking

Appointment booking features, if enabled, facilitate communication between Doctors and patients only. AlfaServices is not responsible for appointment disputes, cancellations, or the quality of medical services provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the AlfaServices platform, software, templates, and branding belong to AlfaServices. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription.

9. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service may be suspended and data deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlfaServices shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

The governing law is determined by the user’s primary location:
  • European Union: Applicable laws of the European Union and the laws of the country where the user is established
  • United States: Laws of the State of Delaware
  • Iran: Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran
